If your glasses or lenses have a manufacturing defect within the first 2 years, we'll repair or replace them free of charge.

Our experienced staff will make sure your glasses fit right, or we will replace them with something that does.
Extra peAce of mind
In the first 12 months of your glasses purchase, we will cover a one-off replacement due to accidental damage or 50% off if you lose the glasses.
90 day prescription changeover
If your prescription changes in the first 90 day following your eye test and glasses purchase, we will change the prescription for free.
Free lifetime servicing
We will do minor repairs (such as nose pad and screw replacement) as well as clean and service your glasses for free for the life of the frame.

The 5 star promise is only valid at Eyecare Plus Karalee and cannot be claimed at any other location.
2 Year Quality Guarantee: Excludes breakage and damage not caused by a manufacturing fault. Eyecare Plus Karalee will either repair or replace dependent on the fault.
Best Fit Guarantee: If not fitting correctly, the glasses will be replaced with something of equal or lesser value. Should a more expensive item be selected, the patient only pays the difference from the original job. Guarantee will be voided if our staff recommendations regarding fit are not followed.
Extra Piece of Mind: Must be replacing the exact same frame and lenses as originally purchased. 50% off discount is off original job price excluding any discounts given at the time of purchase.
90 Day Prescription changeover: 90 days starts at the last prescription date. Initial and subsequent eye tests must be performed by an Opomtetrist at Eyecare Plus Karalee.
Free Lifetime servicing: Larger repairs may have a fee attached and will be discussed with you prior to organising the repair.
