Where are you located?
We are located in the new Coles side of the Karalee Shopping Village. You will find us next door to Chapters Book Shop and Cafe.
Can I claim my Health fund in store?
Yes! We have HICAPS terminals in store and welcome all health funds.
Do you have Afterpay in store?
We have all the "pays" - AfterPay, OpenPay and Zip Pay, so you can choose that option that suits you best. We also offer the option of layby.
How long will it take to get my glasses?
Generally we like to estimate approximately 7-10 business days for your glasses to arrive in store. This can vary depending on your prescription and lens options, but our labs work hard to turn around jobs fast, without sacrificing quality.
Do you sell Sunglasses?
Yes, we have a range of men's and women's sunglasses in store which you can purchase off the shelf ready to go, or organise to have your prescription lenses put into them. Our team will always help you to select the sunglasses that best suits your needs.
Can you repair glasses in store?
We have a variety of spare parts in store and enjoy a challenge, so it's best to bring them in and we will see what we can do. If it can't be fixed in store, we work with an offsite frame repair company that can work some great miracles.
